I just made some green chicken curry with spiced Basmati rice. Based in part on Rachael Ray's recipe here, and what I've learned from my co-worker Shariq. It's simmering gently, but I snuck a little and it's great! I really enjoy cooking, and trying new recipes is always a blast. What the heck is mincemeat anyway? And what's mango chutney for besides curry?

Hi Kelly, Your green chicken curry sounds good - is that the chicken that’s green or the curry? We were just talking about mincemeat on Friday - wierd! Flo said there’ no meat in it, just raisins and other stuff ground up. Try raw sliced green Granny Smith apple sliced along with your curry and mango chutney - a great combo! Love, Kristi
