» Diet Update
(4)I've been doing pretty good, so far. I'm deep into ketosis and I haven't really had any terrible cravings. 2.5 pounds have disappeared since Sunday and I'm feeling pretty good. Tonight, me and some work guys are going to play music, and I'm sure to be tempted with beer and pizza. I think I can resist. I had dinner (brats and kraut) with Bayly and Emily last night and it's good to have a buddy to commiserate with. I really need to cook more-- but this week has been rather hectic and I haven't had time. I'm hoping to make carb-free fried chicken this weekend. Also, I might start another batch of beer (to be ready in 6 weeks)-- cream stout this time.

hey there kelly. oddly enough…my name is kelly adams aswell. i was really bored this evening and on msn search i searched my name and your site is what i found. I think it’s really interesting that we are both on a diet too ! i have accomplished 30 pounds lost since the summer…also..no offense but are you a female or a male…p.s. i think joan jett rocks.
Wow! Another Kelly Adams. In the parlance of our times: who woulda thunk it! I’m male, as the pic on the frontpage shows (sort of, I took that myself at my friend’s 30th birthday blowout, after too much Rumpleminze). Either way, not many men named Kelly these days. Hopefully that will change.

Hey, this is weird, but MY name is Kelly Adams, too! (It’s kelly Christine Adams). Same scenario…I googled myself, and this site came up. Nice name! :)
Perhaps we should start a support group! Judging by your middle name, I will assume you are female, which means that we could never date— it would be too strange!
When I purchased this domain name, kellyadams.com was already taken, although I have never seen any actual content on that page.
Perhaps I should offer some sort of guest access for the other Kelly Adams’ in the world to post entries to this site. Only the single-“e” ones tho— if you need two “e”s to spell it, you are doing something wrong.
